Ripton P Morris
Ripton P. Morris is a devoted pastor whose love for music ministry, writing, preaching, and community outreach, shines through in his dedication to those he serves. Currently, he serves as an Associate Pastor at Faith Christian Fellowship in Tavares, where he brings a wealth of experience in guiding worship teams and fostering spiritual growth within congregations.
With a solid background in music and theology, Ripton's journey began in 2004 when he assumed the role of Music Director at House of Prayer and Praise Orlando. From there, he continued to deepen his impact, serving as the Minister of Music at First United Methodist - Umatilla from 2007 to 2010. His commitment to his calling led him to become an Elder and Worship Leader at Faith Christian Fellowship in 2018. During a pivotal period, Ripton was seconded to Southmost Mennonite Church where he served as lead pastor, before returning to his home church, where he now serves as Elder and Pastor full-time.
Ripton's educational pursuits have equipped him well for his calling. He holds a Master of Music from Evangelical Theological Seminary, where he honed his skills in music theory, vocal technique, and conducting. His Bachelor of Biblical Studies, also from the same institution, laid a strong foundation in Scripture and theology. Ripton also pursued practical training in pastoral care through Clinical Pastoral Education at the College of Pastoral Supervision & Psychotherapy and earned a diploma in Practical Theology from International Seminary.
Throughout his career, Ripton has been committed to strengthening the Christian community and to nurturing spiritual growth. He emphasizes community outreach, leveraging Biblical principles to engage with the wider community and support those in need. His objectives include strengthening membership in Christ and the Word, cultivating leadership among members, and providing enriching educational opportunities for children and youth. His leadership and dedication inspire those around him to deepen their faith and serve their community with love and compassion.
Beyond his pastoral duties, Ripton is also an accomplished author and song writer, having penned four books and a Gospel music CD, all available on Amazon. This multifaceted call to service showcases his commitment to sharing his insights and experiences beyond the pulpit.
Ripton is also founder of Anointed, Words & Music, Inc., a Christian ministry devoted to spreading the love and ministry of Christ through His word and worship music.
